Travel from one station to another will be charged for time and mileage.
If the service exceeds 4 hours, it will be charged as 8 hours for 80 km.
All parking fees, tolls, government taxes will be added to the original receipt. If the tax is paid in advance in a state, 1/3 of the tax will be paid on the original receipt. All parking fees, driver fees, government taxes are included in the
tour package.
According to government regulations, service tax will be charged on all payments, and an additional 2% credit card will be charged in case of payment by credit card.
When the vehicle leaves our garage, we will pay the same price whether it is used or not.
In case of mechanical failure or negligence, we need time to get there to replace the car. However, if the customer makes their own arrangements, we will charge according to the specifics of the situation.
In case ofAC failure, AC price will be paid up to the point of AC failure and beyond that we will have to pay 15% of the additional work.
All payments must be made within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
Any delay beyond this will result in a 2% tax/interest fee per month.
All complaints must be reported to us at that time so that we can resolve them promptly. After-service complaints won't be fun at all. Our office is open 24 hours a day to deal with any emergency or complaint.

For your safety, all our drivers always take a break of up to 15 minutes after two hours of continuous driving, and 15 to 30 minutes after four hours of driving.
Food, alcohol, tea, coffee, etc. while the bus/vehicle is running. items are not allowed.
Defects/damages of buses/vehicles caused by negligence/wrong actions of customers will be covered by tourists or related companies.

All disputes are governed solely by the laws of Delhi.
